1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your premium analyst subscription tier at any point directly from your dashboard or profile settings. Once canceled, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
2. Refund Terms
Since our strategic data feeds, intelligence briefs, and real-time alerts are instantly made available upon activation, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, you can request an exceptional credit or refund within the first 7 days of activation if you experience any service disruption.
3. Processing Times
Approved refunds are routed back to the original source of funding used during the Razorpay transaction. Refunds typically appear in your balance within 5-7 business days, depending on processing speeds of your issuing bank.
4. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or adjust this Refund Policy to stay aligned with the guidelines of payment networks. Continued use of premium services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
